Create a Lockout Procedure Title

Follow these steps to complete the title section of your lockout procedure.

Step 1 – Enter the Number of Isolation Points

Double-tap the Number of Isolation Points field, clear the existing content, enter the correct number of isolation points, and tap Save.

Step 2 – Enter the Area or Building

Double-tap the Area/Building field, enter the appropriate area or building name, and tap Save.

Step 3 – Enter the Machine Name or Description

Repeat the same process to enter the machine name or a brief description.

Step 4 – Upload a Machine Photo

Double-tap the machine photo field and either take a new photo using your device camera or select an image from your photo library.

Step 5 – Select and Save the Photo

Select the desired machine photo and tap Save to add it to the procedure.

Step 6 – Verify the Procedure Header

Confirm that the number of isolation points, area or building, machine name, and machine photo have been added correctly to the procedure title section.
